I recently got on a diet about three weeks ago. So far so good. I'm not really watching what I eat, I watch how much I eat. No junk foods whatsoever. When I cook, it seems as though my meal is not complete without some sort of pasta, potatoes, or rice. I know they are all unhealthy so I would like to know what else could I cook other than than the three main things listed above.
This is what my normal meals are considered of:
Some sort of meat
Some sort of vegetable
Some sort of pasta, or rice, or if I use potatoes, I'm normally cooking scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, or potatoe salad
Seems to me those are the three main ingredients for every meal, which I know there are other things but my mind isn't helping with different ideas. Could you please help. Thank you!
