i was also able to direct my hubby to make a cassorle i haven't been able to even give directions for food so theres been alot of frozen pizza's:dizzy: for the past 6 months ...he made a broccli and califlower and rice cassorle his first it came out great and its healthy plus left overs:D

i know it sounRAB silly but this was major at our house plus he cleaned the kitchen!! yesterday so i guess he didn't want to pay a cleaning lady:) oh well it got done and he never complains so it made it so nice!!

Hey Ladybuggy,
Been there, done that, and it's not silly at all! Things that are easy for others can be quite a challenge for we back buddies! You should feel appropriately triumphant! Go you!!!

Congratulations! I'm glad for you!

Emily

Yeah, It's not silly at all. Any milestone is an opportunity to cheer!! I pray you continue to see improvements, keep us posted,

Hi Lady, that is definitely NOT silly at all! At least not for us spineys! I cannot even explain how absolutely elating it was for me after I had surgery, that I was able to stand upright! It was a few notches below winning the lottery.

Even now, I still have problems, but when I get an ESI, it helps my nerve pain & stiffness alot....so sometimes it enables me to like, say, go out shopping for an hour or 2. To me, that is a big accomplishment. So I (and the rest of us here) completely understand how happy that must have made you. In our spiney world, it's a big step!

So, it's awesome that it's helped you somewhat and I'll keep my fingers crossed that your next injection will bring you more relief! Good luck.

:D thanks guys i do feel really good about it:D
its nice to have spiny frienRAB who understand!
