should i cover when baking? i boiled them first. then put in oven. for an hour or so. around 375-400. with sauce and no cover. they were like jerky. how do i get them 'fall off the bones tender', even though they are boneless.

You should NEVER boil ribs, and Never cook them at a high temp.

Where you the one that asked this lasst night or this morning on how to do them?

You boiled the fat and flavor out of them, then cooked them even though thye were already hot at a high temp, and you wonder why they were tough, dry and gross.

Low and slow in the oven, or in a smoker etc.. for hours on end or just wait and have them another day.
