weight. Any harm for age n weight? I am 19 years old n 6"1" now and started gym at the age of 13-14 years old. I am skinny, my weight was then 56(123 lbs) kilo n now 64 kilo(141 lbs). I continued for 1-2 years. Also did some exercises with weight quite.I heard that at the age the weight exercise is harmful, damages muscle elasticity. I have 3 questions:
1. Is there any possibility that it harmed my body permanently for the age n exercises with weight?
2. IF yes, how to recover it?
3. How can i develop my skinny health condition?
