in other words, raising taxes? pretty bold to suggest that you want to take money from others to pick up the cost. also consider to what that does for economic growth.
 
why not? other immigrant groups easily rise to middle class from humble beginnings. there is no reason to believe that latinos and hispanics would be any different.
