Why don't you just tell us that your main platform is that you're a Hispanic nationalist. That would really make things easier, thanks.
 
greatly make over the immigration system, allowing many more immigrants from mexico, central america and south america. this would allow people who CANNOT currently come here legally to do so. second, reform drug policy to treat drug use as an illness rather than a crime, decriminalizing many/most drugs in the process.

we do not have many LEGAL hispanic immigrants, and legal immigrants tend to move upward in the social ladder rapidly due to the newfound opportunity (see asian, indian, african, and arab/islamic immigrant communities)
 
asking americans for proof of citizenship before lawful detention IS unamerican, and you cannot establish citizenship before you ask for proof of citizenship. the issue is how this will affect american citizens, not illegal immigrants.

See there are many problems with what you're saying. How would we find out who is hiring illegal immigrants, if we were to launch an operation to fine those fuckers?

I already told you why we shouldn't deny ER services, we are a modern country, lets try and act like it.

Do you really think that will help anything? What constitutes a citizen if being born here doesnt? After a law such as this would be imposed, would it stop with people born of illegal immigrants?

how does calling them "legal" instead of "illegal" make a difference on how they move up on the social ladder?
