I love reading online fan fiction (eg. fanfiction.com), is this weird ?

I'm a teenager
i posted this question because a few of my friends had told me it was weird and i wanted to know wat other people though
 
You're definitely not weird. I also tend to read them, for, what I find to be, better endings to a lot of the animes/mangas that I deal with. They are usually quite creative, but they don't usually have the best story line, because they aren't usually planned out fully, or mostly ahead of time.

So you are definitely not weird, but I'd more so consider you to be smart for reading fan fictions, that can sometimes be better than mangas, as they are not affected by any censoring.

It is not. It's normal... I read online fanfic too... it's normal if we want to know how others interpret the story and make it into another story....
 
What does being a teenager have to do with it? There's definitely nothing weird about reading fanfiction. The fact that entire communities exist that are dedicated to the production, sharing and enjoying of fanfiction is proof that it's quite normal. What could have possibly made you think that there was anything remotely "weird" about a hobby like that?

personally i don't think anythings wrong with that. You like reading it? so read. I also was a little uncomfortable in the beginning but then i realized "people who mater don't care and people who care don't matter" and also the so called liefs best rule. "do what u want send everyone (people that are mean to you) to hell" well ye even if you put that eased it's Pretty normal for a teen to lie reading fan fiction. I'm acting like i'm drunk aren't i. okay okay i'm leaving. Shout out to all the fan fiction fans out there YOU ALL ROCK!!! that means i rock to.....okay okay i'm going.
 
i think you wrote this question because you want people to tell you that your weird or different unique better then other people or something of similar meaning i can tell its really obvious from your question especially
when you said that your a teenager .. as if its weird for teenagers to read books or stories .. you are probably doing this unconsciously search deep down your ego you will know this is true . and so im going to tell you this

alot of teenagers read and your nothing special so get over it and stop asking stupid questions fishing for compliments
 
no its not, you are just simply reading and nothing is wrong with that. If you think you are weird then what do you think of the one who wrote it.
