I love my Ultra

A friend of mine stores his Rocker C at my house and does not often ride it so every once in a while I will start it up and let it idle, then drive it around the neighborhood for a bit just to keep everything in working order.

Last night, I decided to take it across town to go to lodge. Wow. What a difference form my Ultra. Its a nice bike. Don't get me wrong, but it sure is a far cry from the Ultra. The Rocker C seems to want control whereas the Ultra the rider seems to have total control.

The funny part is that he loves his Rocker and hates my Ultra. I guess thats why HD makes so many different styles. Apparently we are all different and have different tastes. Who knew???
 
Kinda sounds like flying a helicopter vs an airplane....one you need to work a lot harder at and the other has an auto pilot. 8 -- )

Having both(biles that is) is the best of both worlds.
 
Completely different bikes...
Wear jeans for 10 yrs and one day slip into some kakkis...you gonna feel like a metro male walking naked!
 
The solution is to get one of each. There are lots of times that I prefer the Rock over the Ultra and vice versa.

The Rocker is very forgiving in heavy traffic (I'm talking I-95 in Northern Va during rush hour traffic - not a cow in the middle of the road) on hot days, but there is nothing like the Ultra for long lazy rides through the sweeping country landscape.
