...though. Should I break up? She has a flirty way about her and when I address this she gets upset and says things like "I feel like I keep letting you down." I love her so much otherwise, she's perfect for me. and the sex is absolutely AMAZING! We are both insanely kinky, tying each other up, using whips, being real vulgar, etc.... I really don't think I could find another partner I love this much and have such amazing sex with. It's just that she's naive with things, she doesn't understand that a lot of things she does makes me uncomfortable. She has lots of guy friends too. Based on these pros and cons, should I keep going with this or break up?
 
have a deep conversation with her. just say "look, i really like/love [idk how serious you guys are] you, but sometimes you ___ & it makes me feel really uncomfortable"

she can either try & change or you guys could break up

If you're really uncomfortable with it then you're always going to be uncomfortable with it. You should break up with her and let this AMAZING girl end up in another guy's arms. Especially since its only your insecurities that are ruining things so far. Yeah, thanks!
