I lost over 100 pounds by eating one meal a day and exercised in 6 months?

I have been eating one meal a day and walking for an hour 2-3 times a day everyday. I am also 5'1 in a half and just got back from my OBGYN appt. and said my current weight is 88 bls. I am currently battling with anorexia and bulimia. (yes I do make myself throw up and I do still think I am fat).

Please help. =(
