I lost my license information for Paint Tool SAI!!! HELP!!?

Okay, I bought Easy Paint Tool SAI so I can do art, but my computer crashed and I lost the program and I forgot the email, so how would I get the information back? I also tried emailing them 4 times and I got no reply. Plus I live in America so I can't call them D: Someone please help!!!!!
