...How can I replace it without paying AT&Ts full price?
He is only 3 months into his contract which means he is not eligible for an upgrade. According to AT&T customer "service" in order to relace that phone, I must pay the "no commitment price" of $299.99. How can I replace this phone without paying that ridiculous price? Should I check out ebay? I should mention that the only helpful thing the kid at the AT&T store did was give him a new sim card. So he does have a sim card that is linked to his phone number.
