...parents won't call the police.? The person who stole it last summer lives down the road, and my parents still want me to forget about it. They won't let me call the police because they are afraid that they might get fined for like $500 because they might think that it's a prank call. And i'm really pissed. Is there like another number i can call the police other than 911 so that I won't get fined, and I can ask them about my bike?
Cause right now if I don't call the police, my only alternative is to hope that it was the same person, and that person will ride around the neighborhood like the did last time, and that my sister will ride fast enough and catch them like she did last time.
