Here's my story:
Last year I was 16,(5 foot 8), and 260 whopping pounds. A year later I lost about 70 pounds and im at 192 pounds. If I lost more weight I could probably get alot of girls, but I keep telling myself in the mirror that "I look fine, i look fine" and decide to NOT go to the gym.
I really want to hit the gym and work out and lose more weight for the girls, but I keep having this mental voice telling me that I look fine. Sure i look fine, but if I lost like another 40-50 then i'd be styling.
Any help guys? and yeah i know asking a quesiton on the intrnet regarding motivation is kinda silly.
