I don't exactly know what happened, but during a raid I believe on Wednesday I rolled on the token item that dropped off Deathbringer Saurfang. By some glitch the Loot Master couldn't give me the item, so he posted a GM ticket, and about four days later he was told that because it took the GM's longer than 2 hours to respond to the ticket, nothing could be done about it.
I also had a ticket opened about this incident, but i wasn't even contacted by a GM. Instead, i just got an in game mail saying the usual "thank you for helping keep wow safe.." yadda yadda. There was a link in the middle of it where i was told to go to complain some more, but all the link did was re-direct me to "http://us.blizzard.com/support/index.xml?locale=en_US&rhtml=y". Is there anything that I can possibly do to get my token?
