i live in norh qld oz, and have "swiss brown mushrooms" growing in my new garden bed?

just dug in alot of aged cow manure and have a large area with various fungi. one mass in particular looks and smells like the "swiss brown" that we used to use at work.
is this possible in this climate and region?
how do i conclusively identify them.
any references would be appreciated
"portabella" i think?
