allowed around our kid? He is convicted of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct (multiple variables). He is registered with nsopr.gov. His name is Kevin Mccarthy born in 1982 if you care to look him up. He registered when he was 16 and the story he told my kids mother is he was 16 and his gf was 13, but her parents pressed charges. My two questions are:
1. Can she have him around my daughter who is 8?
2. Is there anyway I can find out the real details as to his conviction?
