...Meyer, can I do this on Amazon.com? So I live in the Netherlands and I am a huge fan of the Twilight saga. But it will take forever untill they'll start to sale Breaking dawn here. So I want to buy it on Amazon, but I don't know whether this is possible. Does someone know?

If you meet all those requirements then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to preorder Breaking Dawn.
 
Yes, you can order it from Amazon. I don' t know how long the shipping will take, but I recently read their policies and they do mail merchandise all over the world.
