avoid penalties in CA.? I want to register in CA but if they ask about my history and how long I've been in CA I'm afraid they will add penalties! Or do they even ask? I do have a CA license and I contacted the OR DMV and they're ready to send me new tags no questions asked. Just figure that I will catch up to sooner or later.
