I live in a 1987 mobile home its so hot in here it any ideas how to keep cool...

Open windows and (in addition to your regular fans) get one powerful window fan to blow the air OUT.

Get blinds for windows facing the sun and try to keep at least 2 windows on each side of the house open to allow cross ventilation of air.

dark blinds and heavy curtains at windows where the sun comes directly in. Ceiling fans work wonders for very little electricity as well. I'm always freezing in my mobile home.

Get a piece of cotton cloth and dip it in ice cold water. Place it on the opening of the window. Because it is cotton it will let air through and because it is wet with cold water the air will cool down. This is the system they use in countries like pakistan and india where there are power shoratages. And it is very effective.
