I like to highlight myself, with highlighters. No Joke.?

Yea, I do it all the time. When I am at home, i just repeatedly highlight my fingers, hands, toes, even my elbow. I have highlighted my elbows, so many times, that they are not there natural color. They have orange elbows. How can I stop highlighting myself?
 
stop buying highlighters! just drop them and step away! have self control!
