mine i s very friendly and even runs away from my guppy.
are angels easy to take care of, will they live well with guppies and pineapple swordtails?

i have a guppy,blue ram, 3 pineapple swordtails in a 55 gallon
no he is very docile he has never attacked or chases another fish. my swordtails i have seen one of the female chase my guppy and the other swordtail around.

how do you keep the angelfish with your guppy, i have read in a lot of places that they will eat the guppy.

i wanted one but i read that they get hole in the head a lot and dont want to get them because of that and that they will eat my guppies
 
In a 55 gal. you could keep about a dozen cardinal or neon tetras and another half dozen larger tetras of your choice along with some cory cats to go along with a pair of rams.

The ram may be docile now, but if you have a pair and they are ready to breed, like any other cichlid they will defend their territory just like most cichlids.
 
They live nicely with angles...
....The Ram is my fav, I keep 4 with 2 gold angles and 4 small kribs

They do require running room, and pots or arears to retreat...the male Ram is not alway friendly to his mates.

Answer to Add: you just described my kitchen tank--angles, swords, guppies, tetras BUT: the Ram with the guppies and swords..I dont know?
Have you see your Ram in Aggression mode? he will live up to the last part of his name

If you notice in the Ram tank I descriped...Its all cichlids-mild mannered cichlids

Angles and Guppies.....okay so here is the deal w/that...the angles are babies...and the grow with the guppies, the angles and the least of my problems with the guppies-I have a worst time w/some of the tetras..and as far as hole in the head..I have angles in 4 tanks...they are hardy fish in my opinion (knockin on wood) never had one day of illness---owned angles over 3 years.
