I lightly dropped my iphone onto carpet, now it's not turning on?

i have tried doin the wake and big button at the same time,
i can not believe it would have broken from this small fall, if it has, iphones are bad! haha.
please help any ideas?
i have also plugged it into computer through usb and tried the charger
