I left the hospital without signing the AMA papers now the cops are on the way am I

I think I would go back to the hospital. You had people there willing to help you. You didn't have to work, cook, clean, do laundry, or deal with life in general. All you had to do was let someone help you with your drug problem. Take the help and be proud you did!
 
going to jail!? They said that the hosptial says I have an IV in my arm and that they want to check and make sure I dont so should I run while I can or just stay put. The cop told me I wasnt going to jail but the hospital just couldnt help me with my drug problem.
 
There's a lot of things I think you left out in your question.

Why were you at the hospital in the first place?
What was the IV for? Was it just for saline or a drug?
Why did you leave without signing the papers, and why didn't the hospital want you to leave?

If you are not under the influence of illegal drugs, or in posession of any illegal drugs, then they police will not arrest you.
 
You need to stay at the hospital while you are not feeling okay with your drug problem. You might be better to consult your doctor and ask him if he could help you on that.
