I know this is really nasty but i need to know why?

ok so every time i am on my period i have to poop all the time and it always happens at the spur of the moment i get a really bad stomach ache and then i have to go immediately.I also get really bad cramps and stomach ache for the first 3 days.... also do you think i should ask my mom to let me go on birth control to lighten or shorten my periods (how should i ask her)
 
I am the same way and it sucks. Yes the cramping in your ovaries is the pressure of the blood being ready to come out. If it gets to painful then go to a doctor and try out birth control. My cousin was sick on her periods and got birth control and now she's fine.
 
just say mom, when you was my age how was your period? was is real heavy? because idk what to do bc mine is horriable, is it normal? ask her how to make it not as heavy. if she is understanding she will mention somethin ab how to make it better which is birth controll then go from there.

uh yeah everyone knows that when you're on you're period you get cramps? haha. but keep in mind if you're going to go on birth control you have to get a pap smear<-(spell check) first.
