if they could get pregnant. So i explained that it was kinda impossible since they were both girls and both not having periods (yes, it's Utah people! Dem folks here priddy ignorant, yes. As a teacher I'm sorta obliged to rat them out to their parents, but since it's utah, im not gonna. I've seen last month what ratting out could do to teens: three broken ribs and permanent eye damage. By the cousin of the parents of the one of the girls, all parents are in the same church.
So what is my legal position here?

Who cares if the two girls are having sex? It's their life. You have no right to go ratting them out to their parents. Just because you are a teacher doesn't mean you have to be a snitch. Just stay out of it. Those poor girls don't need you and the other church nuts on their ass. Leave them alone and get on with your life.
