My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 4 months. Since I came off of the pill my period has been really regular (exactly 30 day cycle) and I have been checking my ovulation with a home test. I know that I ovulated this past month (test confirmed it about when I would have expected) and my period now a week and a half late. I took a home test and it was negative and also had a negative blood test when I was 6 days late. Any ideas what might be going on? I appreciate your answers!
I know I ovulated but have negative home test and blood test - any ideas why?
