addicted to sweets. What do I do? I feel like I can start the day with all the motivation in the world--and I exercise like an absolute fiend--but I just seem to leave my right state of mind when it comes to inhaling candy,cookies, cake, chocolate chips, anything sweet and chocolatey and tasty! I am sick of myself. I'm slowly gaining weight (I probably need to lose 10 lbs.) and I feel like I'm truly losing this battle. How do you get past the initial "obsession" with sweets? AND... does it get any easier once you do?? Will I ever be free of this?
