I know "cravings" have been discussed, but I truly feel like I may be

addicted to sweets. What do I do? I feel like I can start the day with all the motivation in the world--and I exercise like an absolute fiend--but I just seem to leave my right state of mind when it comes to inhaling candy,cookies, cake, chocolate chips, anything sweet and chocolatey and tasty! I am sick of myself. I'm slowly gaining weight (I probably need to lose 10 lbs.) and I feel like I'm truly losing this battle. How do you get past the initial "obsession" with sweets? AND... does it get any easier once you do?? Will I ever be free of this?
 
I know this may sound silly. but drink a coke in the morning... It will cut your sugar craving in more than a half! Coke is filled with WAAYY too much sugar and you will lose that urge to want to eat anymore sweets... and stay away from diet drinks. They don't have any sugar and that always leaves you wanting more...
