...its like it is locked up? i kicked my 1988 suzuki lt 500 it started shut it down now impossible to kick its like it is locked up what should i do
 
As said, pull the plugs and try it. If things are very wet with gas or gas shoots out the spark plug hole, your carb float valve probably stuck and flooded the engine. If that's what happened, check the crankcase oil. If it's fuller than it was before and the oil smells like gas, drain it out and replace with new oil and fix the carbs.
 
Take one of the plugs out and check them. Try to kick it over with out the plugs in. Be careful tho, you might have presure built up in the case.
