can I stop this? I wear glasses for long and short vision. I wear glasses with bifocal lens so I can see but when I look through my camera's viewfinder I can't see. How can I solve his?
I have a canon 450 D
When I'm taking a picture I can't tell if its blurred or not.

Usually cameras have a little adjustment on the viewfinder. You can adjust it to fit your vision and make things clearer. I discovered mine by accident a while ago when I couldn't focus correctly in the viewfinder. Find information on how to use and adjust the viewfinder in your manual.

Your second option is to use the auto focus. Try focusing on a couple different spots to see if you can get one in focus.

I would say you have a vision impairment. Either get glasses, contacts etc. or a camera that rectifies this.

Well im not sure what type of camera you have. But On my Nikons there is a bar next to the viewfinder that slides up and down to adjust for peoples vision impairments.

Hope this helps!
