I keep posting a question about what the people/culture is like in North Carolina. But..

If you go into travel, choose United States and the choose North Carolina, you will at least get the people from in and around that area to answer about it. If its about culture and people from years ago there is always the History category.
For culture there is always the category Society & Culture, sub category of Cultures and Groups.
They are the only categories that I can think of at the moment, hope they are some use to you.
