I don't know what it is but randomly (it seems to happen more often at night) I get this swollen, tight, clumpy feeling in the middle of my throat, about where my adams apple is. It just feels like there's a clump of something sitting in the middle of my throat. It even feels like my adams apple gets a little bigger. When I drink water or something it seems to wash down a little. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? I'm not great at explaining things.
