first, it'll start off as endless itching, and i'll keep scratching and scratching and then it'll form this juicy blister and then when it bursts, it doesn't bleed, but clear water-like fluid comes out. i've heard these are called water bumps. i'm wondering what causes them because lately i've been getting them more often. what causes these? do only black people get them?
