hitpig - that might be true but look at how many makes Ford and GM has, Ford only has 4 but GM had 8 or 9 but down to about 4 now, thats twice as much to deal with, more product out means they're effected more, only Ford product i see out there more than a GM is the mustang and even those are over rated, ya they used to be fast but once they stopped putting the 5.0 in them and made them bigger they got slow, only mustangs even worth looking at are anything above a GT, a GT ain't worth a damn, but for you to understand the more makes thing i said think about it like this, think about them as families, GM has 2 houses and 3 cars all with payments, but Ford only has 1 house and 1 car both with payments, ok lets say one parent from each one lost their job which one would be effected more? GM because it has more bills, so just saying since GM had more to deal with they were just effected more, oh and by the way before you try saying Ford F series is the #1 truck seller, ya on paper it is but thats only because they don't add chevy and gmc together and as you know they're the exact same just different badges and grille, if you add chevy and gmc together and then add ford mercury and lincoln all together then GM sells more trucks/suvs, also if you actually look and pay attention its way more GM trucks/suvs out there than Ford product trucks/suvs, also evey mechanic i ask they say ford is in the shop more often than GM products, and they're biased to chevy not chevy people
but anyways, im a chevy guy but i do like ford and dodge, just prefer chevy and so far only owned chevy trucks, you also sure as hell won't catch me owning an import especially a jap import
