I just went to film camp where we made a movie full of underage smokers. Is that legal?

I mean I used a prop cigarette, but the rest where forced into smoking actual cigarettes. And the thing is that this is a camp led by adults, so adults close to middle age forced us to do this. I live in Europe, so I was wondering is there any law against this?
I just wanted to say that I'm not kidding and that I'm not a troll. I really need advice. I mean, what the hell should I do?
I understand I suffered no harm, but I'm not a selfish person unlike a few.
