I hit a woman going under 10 miles per hour on mainstreet in my town. It was a greenlight and I didn't see that she didn't move. Anyway, there was a few minor scratches from my license plate on her back bumper. She was fine then she got on the phone with some dude, got out of earshot and suddenly developed back pain. She then insisted on calling the police. The officer even said to me she's a "scammer" (his exact words). She told him she was fine and decline medical care. She kepy saying she was afraid of "the possibility of pain tomorrow." Clearly, she wants money from her nonexistant pain and suffering. I'm 17 and boy. Obviously, my rate is going to go sky high with Liberty Mutual. Can anyone give me an estimate (I'm on Long Island, NY). Also, is there anyway I can point out that she was fine until the phone call, and the police officer even said so?
