In the scene where they had the brief meeting with the head honcho for the first time, as they drive up, it appears as if the passenger in the car is holding the camera while they pull up. My friend's and I can keep a steadier hand than in that scene.

I don't like getting dizzy/squinting to focus when I go to a movie.

I just saw it tonight... I thought it was a typical Michael Mann movie, not as good as Heat of course, and on par with Collateral. The only thing missing is the usual backtalk/chatter between the characters, there was almost none in Miami Vice

Yeah, that movie sucked ass. It had some pretty cool action shots though, like of people getting mowed over by semis, and getting rounds to the face and shit.
