It says right in the instructions that you should ignore any result that shows up after ten minutes.
Why? I don't really know, but my best guess is that the pee gradually saturates the little stick and changes the results. The instructions also tell you to hold it in your stream for no more than five seconds because anything longer can produce an inaccurate result, so I'd assume that too much pee makes it unreliable.
Still, you're not going to feel better until you take another test. Do it and once you've found out you're not pregnant, throw the test out right away and don't look at it again
