I just started working out at the gym, when (in weeks) will I see development?

I'm working on my overall body appearance, I'm 14, I started working out Monday.
I want to see development in Upper Body, Abs, and Biceps.
When (in weeks) will I see development in these particular areas.
 
first to weeks if your consistent and in six weeks you should be in good shape and in moths you should see bigger gains remember to get protein in your diet
 
You'll make big gains in 6 months. You'll see results in 2 weeks.

Do this split: Back/Biceps
Chest/Triceps
Shoulders
Legs

Spread it out over the week. You won't make good gains if you ignore back or legs. Eat 5 meals a day. Eat plenty of meat and eggs. As few carbs as possible.
