Do you mean you have a CRUSH on him? Crash is when you slam your car into another car or a wall..

First of all, it's only been 3 days. And he's your boss with a policy that says no flirting during work hours. So why would you even contemplate it? It's his JOB to be charming and nice, he's running the place.

Focus on your NEW job and never mind flirting with him. Most relationships that start at work, end at work...and along with it a lot of drama....

But that's my opinion.

Pace yourself, take some time. Don't rush into things. Talk to him when you can, but don't force it. Soon enough maybe you'll become friends or more. Also, I think crushes are for middle schoolers.

I don't really know him yet because I met him only 3 days so far, but to my surprise, I got a crash on him on the first day... ! It seems he is caring about the employees (and of course, customers!) and fun person. : ) But more than that, I just got a feeling... I cannot stop thinking about him, and chasing him by my eyes when I am working... It is very unusual for me to like someone on the first meet like this...

But he is the manager and I'm just one of bunch of waitresses. Regarding the restaurant's policy, we are not suppose to flirt with anyone during work time. Since he is the manager, of course he knows the policy, and I don't think he will approach me. Maybe he doesn't even see me as a girl...

Do you have any good idea to help me to let him see me as a girl, different from other waitress?

p.s. oh, and I'm working as a waitress just for part-time. I am trying to concentrate to work during working hour because I wanna impress him..
I'm afraid that we become more friends later and he won't see me as a girl. (like when you are being friend with a person for long time, you won't see the person as a romantic partner especially for guys..?)
