...either man or women feel it? Has anyone ever had discomfort of any kind? male or female?
 
You shouldn't be able to feel it. However, I have heard that some guys can feel it. It is ok to take out the ring, I BELIEVE for up to 3 hours (ie: to have sex)..but it must be put in as soon as possible afterwards. Since I am unsure of the amount of time it can be kept out, you might want to call your Dr's office to double check.
