I just started going to the gym and want to lose 20lbs in about 3 weeks?

Which machines can I burn the most calories on ?

I want to lose fat, gain muscle and have that too toned look. I have really big legs and hips. What workouts can I do that won't build up more muscle but
will slim them down?
How can I tone my arms?
What should I eat? What foods can boost my metabolism?


In other words I want that long lean look!
