the whining about foreclosures? How many of the current foreclosure whiners made a down payment of at least 20%? How many refused to accept any loan other than fixed rate? How many refused to take a loan where the payment was over 30% of their income? Follow those easy steps and you won't lose your house, even in a down turn.
 
The "foreclosure whiners" apparently didn't HAVE a 20% down payment. Be grateful for the position you're in and don't forget to make a donation to the local food pantry so the homeless can at least eat.
