I like to watch youtube videos and other streaming video sites, however i know that they have a fair access policy and I wanted to know if just watching videos online is considered downloading? I do not upload at all so that is no problem I only watch streaming videos really. and lastly is this good to go to school online at my community college with? Thanks!
