I just pulled my little sister out of a totalled truck. Now with a Pic.

This was a 1987 Ford Ranger. She was the driver and sole passenger. I'm not with her now because she went to school. I, already having attended High School, didn't think it necessary to go to school with her. The bus you are referring to was there because after the morning route, the neighbors, who drive the bus, go home. They were passing by and stopped to help. I'll get pictures uploaded tomorrow.

Fucking taters is right. She coulda been pushing daisies. Thank goodness.

i love how much love you have for your little sis- its adorable monkey!! really glad to hear she is well. maybe you guys ought to buy her a smaller, more managable, new driver friendly, car since this one's wrecked?? b/c the weather is going to get worse still...anyways, sounds like you've got things under control.

Damn, that's really shitty. I can't believe she went to school after that. She must be a tough one, that girl.

Glad to hear she's doing okay, though. She's lucky to have a brother like you. :)

She was fine enough to talk about it this morning. She said she was going about 45, uphill, through a turn when it started to fishtail, she overcorrected to the right, went into the ditch, then overcorrected to the left, going across the entire two lane highway. She claims to have narrowly missed T-boneing an Aztec or some other smallish SUV, closed her eyes, and when she opened them again, she was upside down, in the air. She landed, gathered her wits. Turned the key off, was going to put it into park, but thought she may cause the truck to roll over or something so left it. Found her phone. Tried to call me. I was on the internet, trying to veg out before sleeping. Called my sister and brother-in-law, who work at school, then called mom. Who called my neighbor... and yeah.

She had a stiff neck this morning, and her shoulder hurt. I don't know if she's going to go to Cross Country practice or not. She said she may have a hard time swinging her arms.

Thanks for everyone's concern.

EDIT:

Pic.

EDIT 2:

Last night she found her only "injury" She had a tiny piece of glass on one of her toes. She had been wearing flip flops at the time of the accident.

hopefully it wont happen again

she was lucky, sorry to hear she got shaken up. i was in a little fender bender 2 days ago. my body was shaking for like an hour after it. good to hear everyone is ok :-D
