Get a putty knife (or something similar) and wedge it in the top of the driver's door where it meets the roof.
Pry outward so the door frame separates from the roof.
Slip something wedge-shaped into that space.
You now should have enough space to fit a coat hanger down to the unlock button.
I've watched a friend do this twice and AAA as well.
