I was excited to hear that Windows 7 would be lasting until 2010, so I very quickly replaced my 32-bit Vista install with Windows 7. Unfortunately, I manged two other partitions (Ubuntu and that sacred media partition where I kept all of my music, videos, pictures, and games) with a program called EasyBCD on Vista. This caused the FAT32 media partition and Ubuntu to disappear completely. Is there any way I can get them back. The Ubuntu partition still appears in EasyBCD, but I can't get it to load. More importantly, all of the media is unobtainable and when I tried the built-in Windows 7 partition editor thing, the partition showed up as free space, but I got an error message when I tried to give it a drive. So now I have 135 gigs of my 160gb hard drive completely unusable. It's a long shot, but can anyone help me?
