I just heard a song on a local Indie radio station and I can't find it anywhere!?

I know it is probably an obscure song and band because of the station I was listening to, but I have tried search engines and they turn up nothing. The only lyrics I remember are " when I get close to you, I don't know what to say."
Please don't respond if the song you are thinking of is well known. Thanks :)
