im a pretty well sized person. im around 6"2" and 295 lbs. the thing is that you really cant tell where the weight is. ive always been a pretty naturally strong person and used to go to the gym. lately i just have no motivation to go to the gym or eat right. last year this team i was 265lbs! so yeah theres been a pretty big weight gain. i feel tired and groggy even on my days off when i can sleep in. when i come home from work i dont even want to think about exercise. any advice??
