...vicodin doesn't act fast? I had four impacted wisdom teeth taken out, I cried so much when the N2O made me high & then when they put the I.V. in because I was so scared. I spent hours in the recovery room because everything was blurry and stationary objects kept moving. I think a small pill got stuck in my gum near an extraction site but I can't see with a flashlight inside my mouth anymore because my jaw is now more hard to open.
So it's been about 30 hours since the surgery, my face is even more chipmunk-ish than yesterday. I tried using ice packs sometimes, I have been on steroids for swelling, pencillin every four hours, vicodin only if the ibuprofen isn't helping (right now it is).
For food I've had some soup broth, apple sauce and Breyer's ice cream. I didn't eat anything yesterday. But my abdomen feel queasy.
